2026년 적용 최저임금 고시

「최저임금법」제10조제1항에 따라 2026년 1월 1일부터2026년12월 31일까지 적용되는 최저임금액을 다음과 같이 고시합니다.

1. 2026년도 최저임금 시간급: 10,320원

◈ 월 환산액 2,156,880원: 주 소정근로 40시간을 근무할 경우, 월 환산 기준시간 수 209시간(주당 유급주휴 8시간 포함) 기준

2. 최저임금의 사업의 종류별 구분 여부

◈ 사업의 종류별 구분 없이 모든 사업장에 동일하게 적용

3. 최저임금 위반 상담 및 신고

◈ 상담: 국번없이 1350

◈ 위반신고: 사업장 관할 지방고용노동청(지청)

Notification of minimum wage applied in 2026

In accordance with Article 10 (1) of the Minimum Wage Act, the minimum wage amount applied from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026 shall be announced as follows.

1. Minimum wage hourly wage for 2026: KRW 10,320

◈ Monthly conversion amount KRW 2,156,880: In the case of working 40 hours per week, the number of hours converted per month (including weekly 8 hour paid holidays) is 209 hours

2. Whether the minimum wage is classified by type of business

◈ Apply equally to all business sites, regardless of the type of business

3. Consultation and reporting of minimum wage violations

◈ Consultation: 1350 without area code

◈ Report of violation: Local Employment and Labor Office (District Office) having jurisdiction over the workplace
