□ 발급대상 : 본인 명의의 스마트폰을 소지한 14세 이상 모든 등록외국인

□ 시행일 : 2025. 1. 10.

□ 발급 방법

- 기존 외국인등록증 소지자

① 모바일 신분증 앱 다운로드 → ② 출입국·외국인사무소 창구 QR 촬영 → ③ 안면인증(본인확인) → ④ 모바일 외국인등록증 발급

※현장 QR 발급 비용은 무료이며, 스마트폰을 교체, 분실 시 재방문 하여 재발급을 받을 수 있습니다.

- 2025년 이후 전자칩 내장 외국인등록증 소지자

① 모바일 신분증 앱 다운로드 → ② 전자칩 외국인등록증 인식(비밀번호) → ③ 안면인증(본인확인) → ④ 모바일 외국인등록증 발급

※ 스마트폰을 교체, 분실 시 재방문 없이 발급이 가능합니다.

Newly Launched Mobile Alien Registration Card

□ Eligible for registered foreign residents aged 14 and older who own smartphones registered under their names.

□ Starting January 10, 2025

□ How to Issue

- Existing Alien Registration Card Owners

① Download & install “Mobile ID (대한민국 모바일 신분증)” App. → ② Scanning a QR code at immigration offices → ③ Facial recognition (Identity verification) → ④ Issuance completed

※ On-site issuance by QR code scan is free-of-charge. In case of change or loss of the smartphones, re-issuance is possible with re-visit and re-scanning the QR code.

- New Alien Registration Card with IC-embedded Owners since 2025

① Download & install “Mobile ID (대한민국 모바일 신분증)” App. → ② Tagging the IC-embedded Card (Passcode) → ③ Facial recognition (Identity verification) → ④ Issuance completed

※ In case of change or loss of the smartphones, re-issuance is possible without re-visit.
