소개 Introduction

There are many different foreign communities that make up Busan’s diverse tapestry of citizens. These include people from Asia, North and South America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The purpose of our organization is to spread multiculturalism through food related activities and connect these distinct communities together. We have been active since 2013 and have held monthly classes and events for the past decade. This past year we began a new chapter by holding cultural exchanges focusing on food. Through these classes we try to strengthen multiculturalism in Busan and show that the city is a great place for foreigners to live feel represented. We meet once a month and explore a cuisine from a different region or country from around the world. We have members from all over the globe and are constantly adding new people to our growing community. Through this program we have been able to learn about cultures from Kenya, Vietnam, Panama, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, The USA, Myanmar, and many more. The food we make gives both a look into a person’s background and also acts as an invitation to form new friendships

설립목적 Purpose

To connect the different foreign communities in Busan through food. Since 2013 we have been working with a variety of groups and organizations in Busan to make culinary related activities that promote multiculturalism and inclusivity. These events are open to both Koreans and foreigners, with the goal of bringing together all Busan citizens and creating new friendships. By working with leaders from various foreign communities we can create unique and authentic culinary experiences.
