부산외국인통합콜센터(1600-0051) 운영 개시

부산글로벌도시재단 / 부산외국인주민지원센터 / 부산외국인근로자지원센터 위 3개의 기관이 부산 외국인주민의 편리성을 위해 2025년 10월 20일(월) 부터 부산외국인주민통합콜센터(1600-0051)로 통합하여 운영됨을 알려드립니다.

□ 이용대상: 외국인 주민 누구나, 외국인 주민과의 소통중 통역이 필요한 내국인

□ 제공언어: 한국어,영어,베트남어,중국어,미얀마어,러시아어,우즈베키스탄어,인도네시아어 (8개안어)

□ 운영시간: 일요일 ~ 금요일 오전9시 ~ 오후 6시(토요일 휴무)

□ 상담내용: 생활정보, 출입국/비자, 임금/고용, 법률, 행정, 통/번역등 외국인 주민의 생활, 체류, 근로 전반과 관련된 상담

Operation of Busan Foreign Integrated Call Center (1600-0051)

We would like to inform you that the three organizations above the Busan Global City Foundation / Busan Foreign Residents Support Center / Busan Foreign Workers Support Center will be integrated into the Busan Foreign Residents Integrated Call Center (1600-0051) from Monday, October 20, 2025 for the convenience of Busan foreign residents.

□ Target: Any foreign resident who needs interpretation while communicating with foreign residents

□ Service Languages: Korean, English, Vietnamese, Chinese, Myanmar, Russian, Uzbekistan, Indonesian (8 languages)

□ Operating hours: Sunday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (closed on Saturdays)

□ Contents of consultation: everyday life, housing and stay, and jobs, including living tips, immigration/visa, wage/employment, legal issues, administration, interpretation services, etc.
