[담당업무]

Teaching and caring for children in an English kindergarten setting

 [우대 조건]

Native English Speaker: Required from one of the 7 visa-eligible countries (USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa).

Passion for Teaching: Genuinely love working with young children. We seek teachers who enjoy interacting with kids and watching them grow.

Experience: Prior experience teaching or working with young children and knowledge of phonics is preferred (experience with kindergarten or preschool-aged kids is a plus).

Energetic & Caring Personality: Energetic, kind, talkative, and supportive toward children. You should be the type of teacher who is always chatting with the kids, encouraging them, and making them feel loved and comfortable.

Teaching Skills: Comfortable planning your own lessons and activities, managing class projects, and extending the curriculum creatively beyond the textbook. (Our curriculum is provided, but we value teachers who can adapt and add fun ideas.)

Team Player: Able to work well in a team with other teachers and staff, and also handle classroom responsibilities independently. Flexible and open-minded in a collaborative environment.

 [근무 환경 및 조건]

Location: Namcheon-dong (near Gwangalli Beach)

Start Date: May or June

Working Hours: 9:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM

Student Ages: 4 to 7 years old (Korean age)

Curriculum: Project-based program and reading-focused activities

 [임금 및 복지혜택]

1.Monthly Salary: 3.0 million KRW

2.Housing Allowance: 500,000 KRW

Total Compensation: 3.50 million KRW per month

I also run an adult language academy, so if you're interested, you can take on additional part-time work there.

3.Vacation: 10 paid vacation days per year (in addition to weekends)

4.Holidays: All Korean public holidays off (no work on national holidays)

5.Additional: E-2 visa sponsorship provided, and a supportive work environment with training and guidance. (Standard benefits such as national health insurance, pension, and severance pay are provided in compliance with Korean law.)
