부산에 거주하는 외국인 주민의 생활 개선과 지역사회 발전을 위해 생활 속 정책 제안, 지역구 기반 활동, 외국인 주민 대상 정보 제공 및 대외 활동 등을 수행할「제1기 부산외국인주민커넥터」를 다음과 같이 모집하오니, 관심 있는 부산 거주 외국인 주민 여러분의 많은 지원 바랍니다.

□ 모집개요

❍ 모집기간 : 2025. 4. 3.(목)~4. 23.(수) 23:59 까지/ 20일간

❍ 대 상 : 만 18세 이상의 부산 거주 외국인 주민 누구나

            ※ 90일 이상 장기체류 비자 소지자 

❍ 모집인원 : 20명 내외

❍ 선발절차 : 서류심사(4.25.)→면접 심사(4.29.)→합격자 발표(5.2.)

❍ 자격조건 

  ※ 대한민국 출입국 관리법 의거, 외국인등록을 필한 자로서 원활한 한국어 소통 가능한 자에 한함

  - 공고일 전일 기준, 한국에 지속적으로 1년 이상 거주한 자 중 부산에 90일을 초과하여 거주하고 있는 만 18세 이상의 외국인 주민 (외국인 근로자·결혼이민자·외국인유학생·외국국적동포)로서,

  - 부산을 널리 알리고 싶은 열정 있는 부산 거주 외국인 주민 누구나

  - 외국인이 살기 좋은 글로벌 도시 부산을 함께 만들어 가고 싶은 분

  - 커뮤니티 활동에 관심이 있고 다양한 문화와 소통을 즐기는 분

❍ 우대조건 ※ 1개 이상 해당자 우대

  - 부산시 외국인 주민 관련 사업(외국인주민대표자회의 등)에 참여한 경험이 있는 자

  - SNS 및 온라인 플랫폼을 적극적으로 활용하여 소통이 활발한 자

  - 영상 제작 및 편집이 가능하여 홍보 콘텐츠에 기여할 수 있는 자

  - 문서작성능력 및 컴퓨터 활용 능력 우수자

  - 한국어 우수자 (중급 이상)

  - 커뮤니티 활동실적 등 경력 보유자, 관련 분야 수상경력 등

□ 커넥터 활동개요

❍ 주요역할

  - 외국인을 위한 생활 정보 제공(지역구별 미션 수행) ※ 상시 수행

  - 외국인이 겪는 문제 파악 및 정책 제안

  - 지역사회 활동 참여를 통한 지역사회와의 화합 및 연결 강화

  - 온·오프라인을 통한 소통 및 홍보 등

2025 Recruitment of foreign resident connectors 

□ Recruitment Overview

❍ Qualification Requirements: 

- As of the day before the announcement date, as a foreign resident over 18 years of age, living in Korea for more than 1 year, living in Busan for more than 90 days, 

- Any foreign resident who wants to promote Busan 

- Who wants to make Busan, a global city where foreigners live together

- Foreign residents interested in community and multicultural exchange 

※ In accordance with the Immigration Control Act of the Republic of Korea, only those who have completed foreigner registration and can communicate smoothly in Korean

❍ Recruitment period: April 3, 2025 (Thu) ~ April 23, (Wed) 23:59 / 20 days

❍ Number of people to be recruited: around 20 people

❍ Selection Procedure: Document Review (Apr.25) → Interview and Review (Apr.29) → Announcement of successful candidates (May 2)

□ Connector Activity Overview

❍Contents of  activities

  - Providing information on Busan life for foreigners

  - Identifying problems and suggesting policies for foreigners

  - Strengthen harmony and connection with local communities through participation in local community activities

  - Communication and promotion through online and offline, etc.

❍Benefits of  activities

 - support for a certain amount of activity expenses

 - Provide official activity certificates after completion of the activity

 - Selection and award of outstanding connectors at the end of the year

 - Posting and promoting official activities in the integrated platform 'Life in Busan'

 - 1365 volunteer hours are recognized when participating in external activities

 - Invite Busan Global City Foundation to  the events organized by the Busan Global City Foundation

 - Providing opportunities to participate in, such as media interviews, etc.
